Procedure
- First we work with you to assess the initial situation for your change project. Which procedures and methods are best suited to your situation and objectives?
- We analyze the risks and opportunities posed by a change venture and then draft the “change architecture” and master plan to implement your strategy.
- Risk and opportunity analysis are the foundations for a communication concept: Central messages, channels of communication, timing and dramaturgy, tailored to each contact person.
- Above all, changes place new demands on staff and it is our job to develop job specifications for new roles and job descriptions.
