Procedure

  1. First we work with you to assess the initial situation for your change project. Which procedures and methods are best suited to your situation and objectives?
  2. We analyze the risks and opportunities posed by a change venture and then draft the “change architecture” and master plan to implement your strategy.
  3. Risk and opportunity analysis are the foundations for a communication concept: Central messages, channels of communication, timing and dramaturgy, tailored to each contact person.
  4. Above all, changes place new demands on staff and it is our job to develop job specifications for new roles and job descriptions.
  5. We design the appropriate training programs and guarantee that they will be put into practice. Thus, you are assured that all benefit from the change.
