The individual coaching is the most popular coaching option. In confidence our coaches accompany you personally, therefore providing you with a consultancy service that is focused solely on your concerns.
- You are invited to our facilities, giving you the chance to take some space from the office to discuss the themes you wish to work on, in confidentiality and without disturbance
- We meet at a location of your choice (your office, an art exhibition, or any place you like)
- Walk-and-Talk: if walking in nature gives you the best ideas – we are your sparring partner – and will accompany you for example in parks close to the city
- We accompany you as an observer through a working day (shadowing) and give you comprehensive feedback
- You can talk to your coach on the phone. The conversation can be recorded enabling you to listen to it again
