He has been leading teams and driving business innovation, growth and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for the past 15 years. His industry background is in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Finance and ICT. He has recently served on the business board and the management board as global VP Strategy & Consulting for MCI, the world’s leading provider of strategic engagement and activation solutions.
Polo has earned his bachelor in economics and management and his dual executive MBA in “Business Transformation” at the University of St. Gallen and Santa Clara (Sillicon Valley). His subject matter expertise ranges across business strategy, organizational change and transformation, employee activation, customer activation and customer centricity, performance management, measurement and business model design.
